Meet some of ours team members
Francois completed his Masters of Physiotherapy degree at the University of Sydney. He previously worked at Liverpool Hospital, in ICU, Surgical, Neurological Stroke as well as Orthopaedics and Trauma. With a background in Exercise and Sport Science, Francois takes a functional approach to assessments and treatments. He utilises gait analysis, manual therapy and impairment specific exercise prescription to manage clinical conditions. Francois has a special interest in sports injuries, which has lead to him working with teams such as Macarthur Rams Youth Football League, Cabramatta RLFC and Blacktown Workers RLFC. Francois enjoys an active lifestyle and plays oz-tag and touch football. He had the opportunity to compete at an international level representing the Australian-Chinese Oz-tag Team at the 2015 Oz-tag World Cup.
Heading up the Team at our Hydrotherapy Centre, has been a part of our Administration Team for 5 years now.... Her vast experience in all things Admin has made her an invaluable part of our ever evolving Company... Her welcoming Smile ,enthusiasm, and her ability to bring laughter to even the most serious of situations will surely put you at ease .Nothing is more important to her than making sure your wellbeing and needs are her first priority and that your visit with us is a pleasant one. Terrenz has a strong passion for Pilates and a keen desire to share her knowledge with the community. Her Pilates discovery was sparked from her own experience in back pain, which led her to undertake courses to deepen her knowledge. Coupled with her background in health and exercise physiology, and experience in injury management and rehab, she really understands the benefits that exercise and movement bring to the human body.
Jodie is a new mum returning to the workforce. She has ten years experience in various areas of physiotherapy including Local, National and International sporting teams, Clinical Pilates, Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, stroke and aged care rehabilitation. Jodie has worked in hospitals and private practice in Australia and England as well as touring with various sporting teams locally and Internationally. Jodie's interests lie in identifying the underlying cause of people's pain and helping them address these issues so as to prevent injury recurrence.
