We have a Pilates studio conveniently situated in our physiotherapy clinic at Shop 8B Ground Floor, 23 Fairwater Drive, Harrington Park, NSW 2567. The aim of our classes is to help build you strength, tone and improve your overall fitness levels.

Our teaching standards are of the highest quality and we intentionally keep our classes small so that we can give each individual support in achieving their own goals.

Pilates becomes addictive, but the first step is the hardest. When you become introduced to our incredible instructor and the other wonderful people in your class, you will fall in love with your new hobby!

Book in for Term 1 before January 29th and you’ll receive $35 to use for any of our services including; Physio, Massage & Pilates.

Our Style

Our style of Pilates, known as “Clinical Pilates”, is modified for each individual based on your assessment results. It is therefore an appropriate and safe way to strengthen your “core” and stabilise your spine, from low back to neck. Our exercises reflect the latest research based approaches used by Australian physiotherapists, who are at the forefront of using science to prove why Pilates has been used successfully around the world for decades. By the way, your “core” muscles are those found in your deep abdominal area, back, pelvis and pelvic floor. We help you become more aware of these incredibly important muscles.

We modify exercises to suit you, whether your spine is too stiff or is unstable (sometimes referred to as hypermobility). We also utilise in our mat classes theraband, theratube, foam rollers and hi-density foam blocks to provide variety and challenge to your spine.

Pregnancy: Pilates is also safe for maintaining pre and post-natal fitness. In our clinic your Pilates instructor is also a physiotherapist who has studied and understands the basis of efficient movement and how to achieve this with or without the presence of injury.

Our Class Types 

Pilates Core: Designed to balance all the important muscle groups with a key emphasis on challenging the stomach muscles. A tremendous class to stretch, tighten and tone the entire abdominal region. Beginner & intermediate levels welcomed.

Pilates Flow: Sweat, breathe & strengthen your body to another level. find yourself lengthening & finding muscles you didn't know existed or capable of engaging with. Enhance your core, stability & coordination with our Pilates Flow class. Suitable for any fitness & pilates level

Pilates Strength: This class will lengthen, strengthen, sculpt and tone you all over. An all round class that focusses on building strength using your own body weight. Get your abs, arms and buns in phenomenal shape.

Stretch & Mobility: Correct your posture & develop a greater range of motion & mobility within your muscles & joints. Using a collective of clinical techniques and practices that include foam rolling, partner stretching & stretch band work, this class will change the way you feel and move. 

Mums & Bubs: Tighten your tummy, tone your bum, increase those energy levels & build strength to lift your new workout buddy through our tailored made & interactive  Mums & Bubs workouts. Its a great way to bond with your baby while getting your body & mind active. these classes are suitable for Mums and their babies of up to 18 months old. 

What our Pilates classes promise to deliver

Build core strength
Pilates works on the principle that a strong core helps support the rest of the body, our instructor makes sure that each exercise engages the core tummy muscles that support the spine and keep you strong and healthy. This can also lead to a flatter, smoother stomach!

Regular exercise helps to build bone density which declines as we get older. Our Pilates classes have proved to alleviate tight muscles, stiff and aching joints and prevent back pain.

Be challenged mentally and physically without being sore
Pilates requires you to use your mind to access certain muscle groups and find connections – some that you may never have felt before! This helps you keep your mind and body working together.

Get lean, long muscle tone without using weights.
It is also designed to give length to your muscles, complimenting other exercise methods that may cause muscles to bulk up, such as running or cycling.
