It is also a time to look after yourself, to make sure you are in the best possible health to look after your little one. With plenty of thought and development, we have come up with the ultimate fitness class for our local mums. A mixture of cardio, core and strengthening. From initial recuperation in your first six weeks, through those tough times of getting back into your jeans and onto those new levels of fitness – and most of this from behind your pram and constant interaction with your little one. Our mums and bubs program is as social as it is physical and seeks to help mothers in the early months & years to deal with the added pressures that new parenthood brings.
